Commissioned by Women’s Health UK to illustrate an article by Amy Lawrenson on the psychology of scent — how major brands use fragrance to influence our emotions without us even noticing.
The brief was deceptively simple: create realistic perfume bottles shaped like a woman’s body, each pose reflecting a different moment of daily life — shopping, gym, office.
The technical challenge was twofold: capturing an organic, feminine silhouette while rendering glass transparency, liquid depth and reflections convincingly. Base model built in Poser, everything else modelled and rendered in MODO.
Published in Women’s Health UK, then picked up by several international editions of the magazine, including the Polish one.
